Each class will teach or refine one of the big lifts and offer additional supplementary training and skill work. Every week athletes will get an e-mail with a weekly self-care practice plus an additional workout you can do on your own. Plus, you have access to 1 mobility class per week during your time training with us. At the end of the series, you will receive a 6-week strength program that you can continue to do in any gym with basic lifting equipment.
Through our program you will receive high-level instruction from our most experienced coaches, additional support throughout the week when you are not in class, and workouts you can do on your own. However, at Solcana we value making fitness as accessible as possible, which means that we are offering sliding scale prices. Each sliding scale price level ($150, $200, $250, $300) only has 3 spots available, and each session is limited to 15 people, so grab your spot quickly before it’s gone. The sliding scale option is built for folks who belong to marginalized communities and might not otherwise afford this awesome opportunity.
