Our [Em]Power Series are five-week classes built for folks who want to engage with a small cohort of people to focus on specific goals. Our programs are Beginner, Strength and Postpartum.

Beginner is for people who are new to a gym setting or have been out of the gym for a while, and want to work on building cardiovascular endurance to feel confident in group classes.

Strength is for people who want to learn technical barbell skills with specific feedback to prevent injury. Good for any fitness experience level, a perfect follow-up to Beginner.

Postpartum is a weekly class designed to help birthing parents rebuild core strength, pelvic floor health and recover from birth. Babies welcome, and all levels of postpartum are invited.

Each five-week program is a small cohort of 10 people or less. Work with our coaches to get individualized attention to fit your needs and all for a sliding scale price that fits your budget.
