Our first ever Test/Retest Invitational Event was also our heaviest event of this season. If you did the event back in February, you can look back in Wodify to find your results from 2/3/23. Many people increased their Rounds and Reps, but just as many people were successful with harder or heavier variations than they could do previously. You picked some tough challenges and found success. Way to go everyone!
Contest: Silliest Head
Silly is subjective 😂. 1st Place goes to Jean O for daring to take on the workout in a super fuzzy hat. Honorable mentions go to Lisa P, Sarah S, Mary S and Ashley H for their matching headbands. Word on the street is that Elly F also wore a beret!!!
