Workout 4: Compete 1

EMOM/ Until you can’t

2 DB hang cluster (50/35)
2 Burpees to plate

Add 1 rep to each movement every minute

Score = rounds plus reps
Workout 4: Compete 2

EMOM/ Until you can’t

2 DB hang cluster (30/20)
2 Burpees to plate

Add 1 rep to each movement every minute

Score = rounds plus reps
Workout 4: Play

EMOM/ Until you can’t

2 DB hang cluster
2 Burpees

Add 1 rep to each movement every minute

Score = rounds plus reps

*You’ll notice this video says that you should add 2 reps per round, but after testing the workout I changed it to +1 rep per round. Thank you!
